MEASUREMENTS:

Fully open - as seen in pictures # 2, # 3, # 22, and # 23 - it is:

• 10 inches Wide (across) x 14 and 1/4 inches Long (up / down)

When it is folded - as seen in pictures # 1 and in # 6 (as well as in pictures 4, 5, 8 - 13) -- it is:

• 5 inches Width (across) x 2 and 7/8 inches Length (up / down)

The paper it thin (almost regular paper thickness). The finish of the paper is semi gloss (some may say that it is satin). The graphics are in color.

It is in great shape for its age.

When it is folded - it lays flat. It does not curve.

For it's age - and overall- it is in almost excellent conditon. But NOT 100 % perfect - but stil very clean.

When it is folded - the middle far right area of the FRONT SIDE (front cover page) has a small impression, a small crease, and a little bit of unevenness. And the middle to upper ares of the left ares has a hardly visible medium length vertical very light cloudy line (like an extremely light surface scratch).

When it is folded- the BACK SIDE is very clean. The mid far right area has a short curved line light impression.

When it is fully opened - the area near the main fold creases have a couple of very short creases (really not big deal). And whatever imperfections I mentioned above can be seen.

NOTE:   There may be a few imperfections that I overlooked.   There are some imperfections that can be seen better or different in person than they appear in the pictures.   And - there maybe some imperfections show up in the pictures that are not that visible in person (like glares and dust specks).
