- Buddy Rich’s Complete Zildjian Cymbal Set
Avedis Zildjian, 20″ ride, 2×18″ crashes, 14″ hi-hat pair and an 8″ splash. Acquired from a relative of a former member of the Buddy Rich band.
All cymbals show stick marks and obvious signs of use. There is an extremely small “flea bite” in the edge of the splash. Otherwise, the set is in excellent condition with no cracks, or key holes. Here are the cymbal weights. 8” splash 843 grams 14” top hi-hat 844 grams 14” bottom hi-hat 1,252 grams 18” thin crash 1,288 grams 18” med-thin crash 1,415 grams 20” ride 2,105 gramsAuthenticated by Lenny Dimuzio, former artist relations manager for the Zildjian Cymbal Company. Dimuzio could identify the cymbals as the identical size, weight and intervals that he hand selected for Rich. Each cymbal (except the splash, too small) is stamped with Dimuzio’s personal “SPECIAL SELECTION” stamp that identifies as a cymbal that he personally selected. Includes a Manny’s Music cymbal bag. COA signed by Lenny Dimuzio.
