Vintage rare synthesizer Formanta EMS-01

FORMANTA EMS-01 is one of the most powerful and impressive vintage Soviet synts that combines a polyphonic organ and a monophonic 2VCO synthesizer. It was produced by Formanta Plant ( Polivoks, Formanta, Maestro, etc.)
Fat, juicy and very analog sound!

Synth is serviced, tested and in good working and cosmetic condition.
Old electrolytic capacitors replaced!
Original volume pedal included.

The unit's organ section has a 5 octave keyboard with preset sounds+sustain level, vibrato and a stereo phaser that also allowed it to be used with the synthesizer section. The vibrato delay features a setting where it shuts off until the previous held keys are released with the exception of legato mode.

The synthesizer section has a 3 octave keyboard with two oscillators with triangle, saw, and square waveforms, noise, ring modulator, and a mixer section. There is also an envelope and filter generator with ADSR,Unison and detune, portamento/glide..The filter is based on the design of the Polyvoks. The on board LFO offers flexible routing to the VCA, filter, and to trigger the VCA and VCF envelopes the LFO features 6 waveforms with noise, sample-and-hold, as well as two types of saw, square and sine.and can control the speed of LFO from key tracking.
External audio can be mixed.
