Keith Holland Customs 51-PBASS-ANS #1135 - 2-Tone Sunburst Nitro

For your consideration, we present a blast-from-the-past from the bolt-on wizard himself, Keith Holland.

This 51-PBASS-ANS predates Keith's record-keeping and we estimate that this is a 10-15-year-old build. This bass exemplifies the spartan style of the classic and oozes vintage appeal, as it masquerades as a 70+ year old instrument. Keith kept this one pure, with a contourless body, T-style headstock, single-ply white pickguard, single pickup, and fully-aged nitro finish and hardware. Controls are kept simple as well with a master tone and master volume but the previous owner - the late Vance Ehlers - customized the heartbeat of this bass with a custom Howard Ulyate TicTac '51 P-Bass pickup with oversized pole pieces for a wider range.

This bass is in Very Good condition, showing signs of light-to-moderate use and careful storage. This guitar was born with a "Aged-New-Stock" treatment from Keith Holland and bears intended wear, weathering, and finish checking. In this case, it is difficult to tell which wear is intentionally inflicted and which was accidental.
