This is a Japanese model of Pedulla, a leading high-end bass maker.
Maple body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard.
The pickups are Bartoloni pickups specially ordered by Pedulla.

Controls are volume, treble, bass, and mini-switch with mid switch.

Since the frets had considerable wear, the guitar was checked and overall adjusted, including refretting, by a professional repair department after arrival, and is in good playing condition.
