Here is what I can tell you- Left handed 4-string Jazz bass neck with block inlays. Rosewood fretboard on maple. Currently set up with a right handed nut (used as a Reverse headstock). The tuner holes are a little rough on the front of the headstock. No names, or identifying marks that I can tell, but feels like a quality neck. Nice and straight with lots of fret left.
