Made in 2017, a limited edition model that matches hard rock maple with lightweight mahogany!
The "Rock Top" model was released in a limited edition, matching the Hard Rock Maple that attracts many Les Paul freaks with lightweight genuine mahogany, and named after a mineral ore. This is the most popular blue fade color "Geode" color.
The base model I'm interested in is the 59LP at the time. You can clearly tell by the way the serial number is typed and the specs such as the neck shape. Hard rock maple with thick flecks at the bottom of the body top. The figure at the top also has undulations, which is a wonderful feature that shows movement depending on the angle. In addition, the body back is made of lightweight mahogany with non-weight relief specifications. The neck shape is Medium Chunky and the fret size is Medium-Jumbo. The PU is also the highly rated "Custombucker", and each knob is also True Historic Grade. It is almost 59LP, and its main features are the special coloring and the removal of the pickguard.
The body has scratches, scratches, line scratches, and dents. There are fine picking scratches on the right side of both PUs on the top of the body with a cloudy appearance. Although there are some small scratches and scratches on the top of the body, they are not very noticeable thanks to the coloring. There is a dent the size of a grain of rice on the lower right side of the body, and there are small spots of paint deterioration around it. There is also similar scattered paint deterioration around the body back cutaway. There are rice grain-sized dents and scratches on the lower part of the body back. The back of the neck around the 5th floor has a slightly rugged feel, as if an accessory has been applied. There are some areas around the head where the base is slightly visible, probably because I applied too much buffing during creation. There is a fine line scratch on the bottom of the head top from the string tip. There is a plating dullness on the rear PU6 string side, indicating that it was played well. Other hardware also has dullness and signs of use due to nickel plating.
The neck condition is fine, and the truss rod can be adjusted to tighten or loosen, and can still be adjusted by turning to tighten. There are no string marks on the frets, and the rest is about 80%. Currently, the string height is adjusted to approximately 2.0mm on the 12F 6th string side and approximately 1.5mm on the 1st string side.
There is some signs of use overall, but there is no noticeable damage and it is not very noticeable due to the coloring. It's a blue fade color, but the blue color has faded a bit, but it's still pretty cool! However, the inside is a 59LP made in 2017, and the sound is definitely modern, but I want that sound. This is recommended for players who want a unique look!
