An absolute stunner by luthier Chuck Thornton. This one has it all. Highly resonant body, figured 1-piece Rock Maple neck and incredible Righteous Sound Sparrow pickups; a mid 50's sounding set. Full and rich with a nice helping of fat 50’s Tele Twang. This set is perfect for a Blackguard style build with brass saddles (which add mid-range to a Tele) The tonality is not at all overly mid-rangy or bright; but rather a perfect balance of all frequencies. Chuck also carves one of the best necks that you'll ever feel on a T-Style instrument + impeccable fretwork and a silky smooth matte finish. Chuck Thornton has been building for 40 + years and it sure shows.
