Here we have a truly excellent 2018 Gibson SG in heritage cherry finish. Please note this is not a factory stock guitar, it has been lovingly customized to be a premium SG! Interestingly enough, the headstock is stamped 2018 for year of production, but the QC card is dated 2017. The finish is factory fresh with no major dings, scrapes, etc. There are a few finish flaws that were part of manufacture and not wear. The guitar has been heavily modified with custom wound Seymour Duncan Antiquity pickups, a Callaham solid steel custom milled locking bridge and tailpiece, CTS close tolerance pots with top hat volume and tone knobs with number pointers, Switchcraft selector switch and output jack, hand wired ‘50’s style harness with orange drop caps, and a fully copper foil shielded electronics cavity.
