USA made vintage Airline Barney Kessel guitar 50s -Swingmaster p5.

When we got this it didn’t play well.                    But our certified techs got it playing great. No buzz & nice action.

Neck is straight! Not common in many older guitars…

It’s obvious that the pickups are updated to modern standards (they handle distortion way better & less noisy). Note one of 4 positions on pickup selector does nothing (likely because middle pick up is not splittable .
Lucky for you the old bad tuners are changed out for nice Grovers they stay in tune. We cant say hardware is original but it works well. Finish looks good but may have been altered slightly lighter. They took Airline label off headstock - maybe by accident with an abrasive cleaner?

The coolest inlays ever. You can see grain through them!!!
A few small cosmetic things, so look at photos closely. A couple scratches in a hard to see spot, an extra hole from strap button move. One small finish blem. Yet a real looker!! Must see to appreciate!

Try to find a 3 humbucker vintage guitar.
The last one of these sold for $1800.
