Description:
PRS SE Custom 22 in Vintage Sunburst with PRS Gig Bag. This guitar has a VERY nice flame in the top when viewed from the correct angle. In the shop we affectionately call this guitar "The Flip Flop" because depending on what angle you view the guitar from one side of the top will appear lighter than the other side. When viewed from just the right angle the two halves of the top line up very well and have a nice amount of flame throughout. We took pictures from different angles with and without flash to try to show as accurately as possible what it looks like.  We received this guitar into our shop in September of 2016. Though the serial number indicates a production year of 2015 this model is NOT in our 2015 product catalog. Our assumption is that this is from the first run batch of 2016 models. Rest assured it is Brand New, feels, sounds and plays like a PRS SE should.
This model has the tried and true PRS Designed Stoptail Bridge. The bridge is cut in such a way that the intonation can be adjusted simply by using the two adjustment screws on the tail end of the bridge to set the intonation. No sharp edges and no exposed small moving parts to rust or wear out. Genius.
*Please note the new 2018 version of this model has a PRS Tremolo NOT the stoptail like you see on this one. So if you are looking for an SE Custom 22 without a tremolo this is the one for you.

This guitar has a pronounced mid-range and clarity that provides a sweet, full tonal base, allowing it to easily sit in the mix of your band or recording. Like its 24-fret brother, the SE Custom 22 sports a maple top with mahogany back and 25” scale length. Additional appointments include dual humbuckers with a volume, tone, and 3-way toggle switch and PRS-designed Stop Tail bridge. For players who grew up on 22 frets, the SE Custom 22 is a solid choice that will take anything you throw at it.
