This ME940 is fully functional and in good condition.
The ME940 is vintage wah volume pedal from the 60's with a couple of twists. It has a Wah mode, it has a Volume mode, but they it also has Hurricane and Surf mode. These modes offer different characters of a very ghostly noise through the wah for simulating crashing waves or howling wind.
On top of that there is an extra foot switch for engaging the Siren sound effect. Pressing it once and an oscillator will start ascending in pitch and pressing it again will trigger the oscillator to descend in pitch.
Also worth noting the volume function does not cut to silence. It is more useful simply for when a boost is necessary.
