This is a Dixon acoustic classical guitar. The guitar has a smaller footprint and is considered a 3/4 size with a overall length of 36" and lower bout width of 13 1/4". There is no indication where the guitar was built, but the 2 pc neck is full mahogany, and the body is very beautiful, but I can't tell what exotic tone woods were used. The original tuners are premium and it's apparent that this guitar was well taken care but played very little. This would make a very nice guitar for someone who would like to have a vintage quality instrument at a great price. The guitar is set up with D'addario Pro-Arte classical guitar strings and the guitar plays easily up and down the fingerboard. The action is great and there is lots of room left on the saddle. The guitar has a very mellow sound and is easy to play. Included is a chipboard case which show's wear but has done it's job in keeping the guitar in very good condition. The guitar has a minimal amount of nicks and scratch's, most of them on at the bottom of the lower bout and out of sight, pls see pic's.
