Includes special stand (two legs with metal crossbeam which attaches to bottom of keyboard), original box with bottom styrofoam piece and rectangular, two-prong power cord.

Pete Townshend (of The Who) used the Yamaha PS-6100 as the backing track for his song "Hiding Out" on his White City album (1985) as well as the demos for "Crashing By Design" and "After The Fire". "Hiding Out" uses Reggae (variation) preset rhythm, automatic bass and (probably) its pan flute sounds.

The original, 1984 list price was £1100. That would be £3,480 (or $4,520) in 2024 (adjusted for inflation)!
