Unknown history on this horn; I bought it used several years ago from Dillon Music in the very same condition it is now (only played it on a few recording projects at home during the 2020-22 lockdown) and then put it back in the case since.
Heavy surface scratching, pitting and valve wear present throughout this 50+ year old flugelhorn.
The flugel played fine for my recording needs but I'd imagine serious players would want to have their horn tech go through this.
