This 1976 S. Yairi classical guitar is a beautiful example of craftsmanship from the renowned Yairi workshop in Japan. Featuring a solid Sitka spruce top with mahogany back and sides, it produces a warm, resonant tone with excellent projection. The rich combination of spruce and mahogany gives the guitar a balanced voice, with clear mids and a smooth treble—ideal for both classical and fingerstyle players.
Hand stamped SADA YAIRI (see photo) with S/N G6054 stamped on the heel block (see photo).
The guitar offers exceptional sound quality. The bridge shows slight lift, and the owner has opted not to invest in repairs prior to sale. As such, the price reflects this minor issue, which could be addressed by a skilled luthier to restore the instrument to optimal playability.
The guitar includes a gig bag, ensuring protection during transport.
