This Digidesign EB7-Digi w/ HD Accel Cards (3) and HD Accel Core Card (1) is part of the private collection of Billie Joe Armstrong.

By combining the power of PCIe expansion through this EB7-Digi system with multiple such PCIe cards, the same PC can record substantially more tracks. Additionally the same system may contain storage controllers (SAS/SATA/SCSI) as well as the hard drives for recording the tracks – all inside one box, freeing much of the PC hardware for other tasks.

This Digidesign EB7-Digi shows minimal signs of rack wear which we have done our best to display in photographs here on the site.

Direct from Jingle Town Studios and likely used on the last 4-5 Green Day records including American Idiot.
