The Gold Tone BG-150F is a stunning banjo that echoes the aesthetics of pre-WWII era instruments but at a more accessible price point. It combines the elegant hearts-and-flowers fretboard inlay and the fully-bound neck and resonator of the Gold Tone BG-250F. However, it introduces a lightweight design by incorporating a quarter-inch brass-rod tone ring instead of the heavier bell brass ring used in the BG-250F. This design choice ensures quality sound and power while making it easier for long performances, especially when standing.
It comes with a gig bag and is also available as a left-handed model, catering to a wide range of players.
