This is a Fender Silverface Bassman, I believe dated to 1972. I had it converted to AA864 spec and thoroughly brought up to spec generally a few months ago, so it should not need any maintenance for the foreseeable future under normal usage.
I had it converted to 64 Blackface AA864 spec. While the Normal channel is faithful to that spec, the amp tech (Jeff Bober) also made the Bass channel "much more usable for guitar" according to his words; essentially it is a great 2nd guitar channel that gains up a bit easier than the Normal channel. It sounds great clean, sucks up pedal and can gain up very smoothly- a great amp.
Local pickup in the Annapolis area is welcome. Please ask any questions before buying.
