In order to reduce my guitar collection, I would like to part with this very special guitar.
It is a Limited Edition Fender Masterbuilt Stratocaster with the specs of 1960, built by Yuriy Shishkov in the Fender Custom Shop. The guitar has a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard, which honestly is one of the darkest and best Brazilian fingerboards I have ever seen. The Braz rosewood smells nice and sweet and feels great.
The guitar is from 2005 and is in very good condition for its 18 years, as it has basically never been played. The previous owner didn't play it because he was a collector, and I didn't play it because I prefer very thick necks and this guitar has more of a medium-thick neck (and I also own 8 other Stratocasters). So the condition is like factory-new. But please consider: the guitar has a "Closet Classic" relicing. In other words, there are superficial scratches here and there and the hardware is reliced (to look matte). The pickups are original and sound very round and balanced. The remaining specs can be found in the Shopfloor Traveler. The weight is around 3,4 kg (ca. 7.5 lbs).
These specification mix (especially the Brazilian rosewood in combination with a Masterbuilt Stratocaster) are not going to be around on this continent and will also not re-appear aside from rare private sales. So for collectors as well as for active players, this is a top opportunity to get hold of something very special.
Comes with the hardshell case, the certificate and the specific accessories (Fender cable and additional springs for the tremolo).
