- Ludwig switched to the Baseball Bat Muffler in 1962 but used up leftover stock throughout 60s on marching drums, and in large quantity in 1968 on Acrolites before switching to larger 1" knob #4066-1. Also used up on Ludwig Standard Model drums in the Late 60s - Early 70s
