This is the PAIA Model 3750 Programmable Drum Set. It was one of the first programmable drum machines ever sold and was famously used by Peter Gabriel on his 3rd album (Melt) on songs like Biko and Games Without Frontiers.

This unit is a bit unrealiable in its current state. I've had luck getting it to turn on and function as expected with a fresh pair of 9V batteries, but it seems to drain the batteries quickly and will quickly cease to boot. Someone with a little bit of electronics know-how would surely be able to figure out the issue and get it working as good as new, as it was originally sold as a kit to assemble at home.

Really unique sound and really unique way it makes the sound. Very rare and very sought after.
