Not only this is a Limited Edition model but it also comes from Korean factory unlike the other models, as the production was shifted to Indonesia for cost saving reasons, therefore it is of better quality and highly sought after. Add to this that Dave Mustaine has left Dean for Gibson/Kramer and you have highly collectible guitar.

The Dean Dave Mustaine VMNT Limited Edition Flame Top Flying V represent the epitome of elegance-meets-power in guitar design. The stunning flame maple top is bathed in an exquisite trans red that augments, but never hides, the amazing natural beauty. This killer maple sits atop a body of mahogany, bringing together these two tone woods for that legendary rock voice. The truly classy visage is extended up the ebony fretboard with the trademark Mustaine shark tooth and dot pearl inlays. The matching flamed headstock sports an inline 6 design and the Dave Mustaine signature. But beyond the inherent beauty of this breath-taking instrument this is a flying V from the minds of Mustaine and Dean, so you know it rocks. The full acoustic voice and resonance is captured by a pair of active Seymour Duncan Live Wire humbuckers. These dynamic and powerful pickups provide a range of tones to cover any type of music; however they simply excel at delivering excellent overdrive and lead tones. No suprise there. And the string thru body design, with classic boomerang tailpiece, further increases resonance and vibration transfer for increased sustain. The super-fast set-neck has the Mustaine D profile and flat radius for superb playability whether slamming chords, ripping scales, or sweeping some arpeggios. The Dean Dave Mustaine VMNT Limited Edition Flame Top Flying V will be a prized addition to a limited few guitar collections.

The guitar is in at least excellent condition (just some light scuffs on the finish, barely visible). No dings or cracks anywhere in the finish, the tips of the V are in great condition too. No fret wear whatsoever. It was barely used and was taken care of. It spent most of its life in the case.

The guitar is very well made, the fretwork is spot on, no sharp edges at all. Very comfortable and fast neck with super low action makes it very easy to play fast riffs and blazing solos.

The feel and sound of the guitar is phenomenal. It plays and feels amazingly, it is an absolute dream to play. The tone and resonance are incredible.

The set neck construction makes the neck very comfortable and gives the easiest access to high frets.

This is meant to be seen and played not kept in the case.

Comes with CoA, case candy and semi soft case and will be carefully packed to ensure safe shipping.
