What Martin has done in creating this guitar is nothing short of amazing.. Unlike the “Custom“ Martins made for Guitar Center and other large retailers, this is a real Custom Shop guitar, with the Martin hand-fitted dovetail neck joint that sells for less than many standard series guitars. It has a Sitka Spruce top. The Cherry used for the back and sides from Nazareth, PA. It has a Mahogany neck. It is bound in flamed Maple and comes in a Martin hardshell case. It has an nice, rich, punchy sound and plays like a dream. If you are in the area please feel free to see it in person in our shop on Main Street in New Canaan, CT.
