Each pickup delivers a wide yet focused tonal pallete w far more options than most might expect from a wide bodied archtop guitar.. Luxurious & versatile blues, jazz & rock sounds can be effortlessly created from the CES custom quality construction w full 3.5" solid maple crafted body & vibrant resonant spruce top.. the even slinky responsiveness & playability of this Gibson L-4 CES archtop electric guitar across the entire fingerboard range will consistently exceed all expectations.
I have owned & loved this instrument for 18 yrs.. it simply loves my Fender Deluxe amp + AC30 Vox pedal. Selling due only to a negotiated family settlement.

Excellent used AAA condition -
No finish cracks, significant dents, or marks to the body or neck binding.. The mahogany neck is smooth w traditional 50's profile.. it is perfect playing condition without any binding or pearl inlay issues.. Electrics work fine & without issue.. frets & playwear are at 85% overall
NB. This instrument is in Excellent Used condition .. there is notable tarnishing of the gold/nickel platings which is not unexpected from a 24 yr old genuine working instrument
