About This Listing

The original example is a very cool and quite rare guitar - a stunning Limited Edition 76 Mahogany Gibson Explorer Reissue. Color: natural. The guitar is over 20 years old and is in excellent condition with cool Gibson 490r/498t humbucker pickups.

The neck is straight and the truss rod works well. Includes Gibson Explorer original case!

Made in the USA.

The guitar has the coolest tremolo, which no one else has. This is an original rare vintage Gibson tremolo which alone costs about $400.

This guitar is a real “Cadillac” in the Gibson Explorer lineup and sounds like it: as soon as you turn it on, you immediately imagine yourself in Metallica or U2.

This design would remain in production under various names until the mid-2010s, with the first switch happening in 2002 with the "X-Plorer" rebrand.
