This fine Univox Hi-Flyer Bass will give you some serious '70s vibes! At home in the studio or on the stage, this unique gem is sure to set you apart. The Japanese craftsmanship on these old basses is comparable to any name brand of the era, and these models have skyrockted in popularity over the last few years. It’s got an easy to understand control layout consisting of a 3-way pickup selector, Volume, and Tone controls.

This instrument has certainly been played, but for an obscure instrument thats over 50 years old, this thing is in pretty solid shape. The case is structurally integral, but doesn't hold up much to the modern standard, and wouldn't be very protective. The original bridge cover is in the case, but is missing it's screws. There isn't much "spec" information on these basses, but they are backed by a strong underground legacy. Fans of the Hi-Flyer models include punk legends Kurt Cobain and Justin Trosper of Unwound.
