Stigtronics pedals are built in Bloomington, Indiana; most start as clones of the usual suspects, then their circuits are tweaked and improved per the designer's experience.
You may not know the name, but Stig's pedals are on the boards of players you know.
This compressor, in white (the model is currently blue) was originally based on the classic Ross circuit. It's quiet in use, free of artifacts, with gobs of sustain (or boost) on tap. You also get an attack control to make it as smooth and fattening or as chicken-pickin' snap-and-pump as you'd like.
Nice straightforward comp, gets the job done.
Handwired (of course), quality components throughout, durable industry-standard case, takes standard 9v power, powder-coated case. It's not much for graphics - but then, it's about how it sounds, right?
New these go for 159.00.
This one is as you see it, with minor scuffs and scratches - and in perfect working order. _____
