Early 80's Vintage Eames Custom Mastertone 3 Piece Drum Set

Completely custom, handmade in New England Eames 3-piece drum set. These shells have been finished in Satin Black with a Moss Green stripe on the exterior. The interiors are refinished with Gretsch-Style Silver Sealer. I'll conservatively call this kit "used in excellent condition" 
This kit is the best of both worlds - hand-crafted, 35-year old, thick Eames North American Birch shells with a subtle modern aesthetic. Each shell has been hand selected each based on thickness and bearing edge for maximum tone. This kit will handle absolutely any genre of music with ease. 
The lugs are vintage Ludwig, with the exception of the snare drum, which has vintage Rogers lugs. All drums have brand new Remo Coated Ambassador batter heads and Clear Ambassador resonant heads.

This kit in a standard finish would run you well over $2500 with a 6 month wait. I would argue that the mojo and mellow tone of these vintage 35+ year old shells could not be replicated today. Please check out the pics and ask any questions you might have before purchasing.
