On the headstock there is a chip under the low E tuning machine about a half inch big (photo#6). Chipping can be seen on the top of the headstock (photos #7 and 8). The rear strap pin has a chip right next to it, we removed the pin to reveal a small oval piece of lacquer missing (photo #9 and 10 ). On the top of the bass side lower bout is a pin hole size dent (photo #11). Near the back treble side is a couple of scratches about a half inch in size (photo #12), the same kind of markings can be seen in photo #13 right by the heel of the bass. In photo #14 by the volume/tone knobs there are two pin hole size dents towards the bottom on the treble side.
Setup: Recently set up at Daves Guitar Shop with D'Addario Nickel wound 45-100 strings.
What's Included: Original brown hard shell case.
*The case is in very good condition with all latches in working order, there is a piece of leather coming off on the back exposing some wood. Some white markings can be seen on the surface of the case see photos. #18-20
Mods & Repairs: One ground wire has been resoldered. The G string intonation spring has been replaced.
*Two screws appear to be missing from each pickup but is not the case, there are screws beneath the "missing screw holes" for adjusting. We believe this is how this bass was manufactured.
