Beautiful 1961 Epiphone Sheraton, sunburst finish, early design short headstock, original patent applied for mini humbucking pickups and gold hardware.
The finish on the back of the neck had been removed by the original owner who wanted that "worn to the wood" feel; 10 years ago that area was professionally refinished by Mike Lennon, expertly blending the new and original nitro lacquer to recreate it's original look. There is a ding at the binding near the 10th fret - see pics.
The neck is straight, and I believe it was re-fretted some time in the past.
It looks, plays & sounds great with a ton of vintage vibe. Weight is 8# 12oz.
Includes original hard case.
