Gibson Tom Murphy Aged and Painted 1959 True Historic Les Paul Standard 2017 Aged and Painted by Tom

Above are many photos of this new Gibson Limited Les Paul 1959 R9 Standard, built in 2017- Murphy Aged and Painted Limited Edition.  It is a highly figured cherry sunburst aged and painted by Tom Murphy.  Tom also picked the tops, and had them built for this run with a deeper dish, and special hardware.  The serial numbers were re-worked for this run, with 2017 printed in the the control cavity.  These have the ABR-1 Bridge, Bumble Bee Caps, and all the great things that have evolved in the development of the True Historic 59 Burst.  This neck is specially designed by Murphy for comfort, and is called a Murphy C. Hot hide glue.  Limited run of 130 pieces.  Please ask questions before buying.  The weight is 8 pounds 13 ounces.  The case is aged as well, as can be seen below. Limited run to 130 pieces.
