Ibanez OD-9 Overdrive 1984 s/n 417470 Japan, last year edition in good condition. Pedal only, manual not included. ( the 3 condensators date back to the 46st week 1983, which makes it plausible that this OD-9 was produced in 1984 )

This is the holiest rare Ibanez pedal there is.  
Released only in one small batch in France from 1982 till 1984.  
Basically an OD850 board, so what you have here is an Ibanez Triangle/Ram Head Big Muff.
Very thickness distortion with awesome dynamic , perfect working order, sounds amazing.

For some collectors this Ibanez OD-9 Overdrive is the Ibanez phantom pedal which has created some rumour worldwide amongst the greatest collectors. It's not a one off fantasy pedal !

Produced in extremely small quantities, never found its way to the official Ibanez catalogs. Rumor has it that all OD-9 were built for the French market only. The fact that the owner's manual isn't trillingual (English, German, French) as the rest of the 9-series manuals but French only, does attest that. ( See both Photo's of this manual, not included  )
