A beautiful 1979 Alvarez Dreadnought Model Number 5022 Acoustic Guitar in Natural Finish.

We were able to date this Made in Japan beauty to 1979 from the Alvarez Label still inside the sound hole. See pic 5...

This guitar has a dead straight neck, working truss rod and is set up great. No sore fingers with this one..Very nice low action...Even has an adjustable Bridge on it. New Set of Dr Ducks Phosphorus Bronze 12 gauge strings and ready to go..

These cool Alvarez guitars are extremely well made...2 Piece Solid Spruce Top, Mahogany back and sides, AND.... they are X Braced...What a great sound from this guitar. Only superficial dings and scratches that do not affect playability or it's great looks!

All original Tuners, Nut, Pickguard, Alvarez Truss Rod cover, Frets, Bridge, and adjustable saddle. The frets are still in great shape. See pics.

The Original case is really nice like the guitar... Just a couple paint drips. See pic 12... The Case fits the guitar perfectly... Even the accessory box lid is there. Original and functioning hinges, latches and handle.
