Hamer USA Custom Shop Standard Curly Maple Top in Sunburst finish made in 1980 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid british honduras mahogany body with a bound book matched curly maple, 1-piece british honduras mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with a pair of original Dimarzio PAF humbuckers in the neck bridge position. Controlled by 2-volume, 1-tone knob and a 3-way toggle switch, comprised of it;s original dimarzio branded cts pots dating to thre 7th week of 1980. The 24.75" scale length neck has mother of pearl dot inlays and 22 medium jumbo frets on a 12" radius with a medium C neck profile. The hardware is comprised of chrome Grover rotomatic tuning machines, a bone nut, a vintage schecter Sure-lok bridge with stop tail and gold top hat knobs.
This guitar is in overall very good condition for its age. It has some light finish checking, light bindage shrink works at the seams, some dings dents, scuffs , light scratches and a few finish chips. The rear of guitar has a few finish reaction spots (see pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings and includes original hard shell case.
