Rare Vintage Late 70's Rogers Big "R" Concert Toms/Bongos 6 and 8"

Here's a rare pair of late 70's Rogers 6 and 8" concert toms, aka bongos. The 2 drums feature an aluminum bracket that holds them together as well as provides a post mount. A 10.5 mm tom post works great! Unfortunately the photos show it upside down! I guess I was a little distracted when putting them back together! Nevertheless, it's a very cool and crafty idea. The drums are in very good overall condition, showing typical signs of use with a few scuffs and scratches, mostly on the 8", and there's a little lifting on the badge on the 8" as well as 2 very minor bearing edge dings. Most notably on condition, the previous owner started to drill the 8" for a Memri-loc mount and changed his mind. See photo's. This is completely invisible from the outside of the drum as it's covered by the mount and does not seem to affect the integrity of the maple shell at all.
