This is an original 1980's Fender USA '57 or '62 Reissue 5-way selector switch.
It is NOS (new old stock), stamped "MX 49995 6MLR" on the top. This switch was included with these guitars when purchased new.
The guitars had 3 position switches installed but they included this 5 position unit with the case candy.
Very rare.
