1971 Fender Telecaster in very good condition. Very nice survivor, the neck pickup is a replacement Seymour Duncan Antiquity 60's Twang. Also the spring for the middle intonation screw is a replacement. The output jack is a new switchcraft. All else appears to be original. The guitar in appearance is good though there are plenty of nicks and scratches. The bridge pickup has plenty of twang and reads 5.9 K on my meter. Single string tree, Maple neck non cap! Neck width is 1 5/8"ths at the nut. There is a little overhang on the nut on the bass side but that appears to be original and lacquered over. Frets look to be original. All the hardware looks good. The string ferrules are original they are loose when the guitar is restrung care needs to be taken common with Teles from this era. The guitar plays good and sounds great. The sale includes the original ashtray not pictured. Guitar ships in molded case for protection original case is not available If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
