G&L SB-2 Bass 1993 Red

G&L SB-2 from 1993.  USA model.  Adult owned & operated.  I've owned this instrument for @ 10 years and was my primary instrument for many gigs.  Setup with flats and low action.  Intonation is correct.  All other mechanics & electronics work. Rosewood neck and frets are in good shape and there is no fret buzz.  Hard shell case and neoprene strap is included.

Color is G&L Candy Apple Red with a white tortoise-style pickguard.
This is a working bass with a few nicks & scratches that is consistent with age.

At one time this bass had a 'drop' tuner installed.  It came separately with the bass and I'm including it in the sale.  The current tuners look to be the originals.  

This bass also has a 3 way toggle switch to utilize the neck, bridge or both pickups.  It is also wired with one volume and one tone control, instead of the standard 2 volume pots found on a stock SB-2.  All work was done prior to my purchasing the instrument. 

I installed two additional staplocks as I use a Slinger hip-style strap on all my instruments.  Weight is approx. 8.5 pounds.
