About as nice of a Supraphonic 400 as you're ever gonna find...

Stunning condition. This drum looks like it's hardly been touched. The photos tell all.

Between the last of the pre-serial number brass shelled Supras that disappeared by about 1962, and the new era of aluminum shelled Supras with serial numbers that were in full swing by 1963, an extremely small number of aluminum shelled Supras with no serial numbers like this drum were made. Some during this period had crimped snare beds like their brass predecessors and others, like this one had a molded snare bed that has become the standard ever since.

This drum is a near perfect example of the shortest chapter in the evolution of the greatest snare drum ever made. It sounds as great as it looks.
