Hamer SPECIAL GRAPHICS 1980's ? - Black & White unique Graphics pattern

This is a USA made Hamer Special with the checkerboard headstock logo and a graphics artist finish. We are a music store and sold Hamer guitars new back in the 1980's. Our Hamer sales rep said the company was going to make some unique artistic Specials with graphics and that each one would be unique. This was shipped to us, though I can't exactly recall when, but the serial number appears to start with a '2', so maybe 82 but I'm not 100% sure on that. We sold this one to a customer who did used it playing out for a while, so it's not show room new. It has some dings, depressions, and one small hunk of finish is missing from the rim on the back with you can clearly see in the picture. it would easily be fixed if you wanted. It's all original and comes with the Hamer Hard Shell Case which looks a lot like a Gibson Les Paul hard shell case.

The customer to whom we sold this is now at a point in his life where he is letting go of most of his collection. He ways this was one of his favorite guitars he ever owned in his life but now it's time to let someone else enjoy it. There were very few of these made so here's your chance to have a very worthy guitar in a unique finish. I own one of these and play it out. In better times, I'd be keeping this one for myself. I'll likely never see another. You might not either. I read somewhere that there may be as few as only 40 of these that were ever made. I can't substantiate that, though. All the USA Hamer folks I knew then are no longer available for a consultation.

I pack these things very well, as if I were sending them to my brother. That said, the shipping price includes insuring this guitar for the full amount you will have paid for it. The shipping price is for all points in the contiguous US east of the Mississippi. If you live west of that river, you will need to get me an additional $65
