For those of you who aren't familiar with these, consider a 12-string guitar capo-ed at the 10th fret. That is this instrument's open starting point and is tuned D to D. Put a capo on the 2nd fret and you're in standard guitar tuning, but one octave higher. Thus the reference to this instrument being a "high-tuned 12-string" guitar. These instruments have also been referred to as "mandolin killers" because of their "mando-esc" sound and for guitarists not having to learn mandolin chord fingerings to play them.
This one is in excellent to mint condition. (See pics.) It comes with the original TKL custom-fitted semi-hard case which is also in the same condition. Check out the linked video for a pretty good review of these instruments.
