About This Listing: KYDD Bass is celebrating its 30th year making basses sold around the world! KYDD is a pioneer in bass guitar sized upright electric basses. This KYDD 34” scale “Big KYDD” model has the upright sound you want in a very portable package. It has fret lines to make it an easy transition for electric bass players to start getting upright gig! Its radiused fingerboard makes it possible to bow. KYDD uses D’Addario Flatwound electric bass strings that are easy to get anywhere and the Fishman BP-100 double bass pick-up for that acoustic bass sound. The bass and stand pack neatly into a padded gig bag. Each KYDD bass is hand made in the U.S.A.
