Made by the now defunct company Kallisti Percussion. Marimba making at its finest! Each was individually crafted by hand from carefully selected woods, such as maple, birch, cherry, and padauk, to enhance tonality and is custom tuned to a Peterson model 520 stroboscope tuner to assure tone and pitch quality. Each and every Kallisti instrument received a fine finish that brought out the distinctive qualities of the woods that were used.

I've lightly cleaned the instrument and added linseed oil and finished it with beeswax and orange oil.
