This is a pre-owned/used instrument available as shown for local delivery, pickup at our storefront (curbside or in store) in Beltsville, Maryland, or shipment to those in the lower 48/USA only via FedEx Home Delivery/Ground [note that a signature will be required for delivery].

• Solid top - likely laminate sides/back.
• There are no structural issues; no cracks, no repairs to note.
• The action is 6/64" (bass side) and 4/64" (treble side) at the 12th fret which, according to our tech, is right where an acoustic guitar should be.
• The truss is functioning as it should.
• There's a slight belly at the bridge, typical of guitars of this age.
• There are some slight dings, dents, and surface scratches/scuffs - but nothing severe to note.
• Its first few frets show a slight bit of wear, mainly under the treble strings, but there are no divots nor dead spots - and no buzzing.
• The saddle is about as low as it can go, for what that's worth.
• The pictured hard case will be included.  No other extras are available for this item.
