Esteban American Legacy AL-100 Acoustic

This Esteban American Legacy AL-100 is a good starter guitar that's easy to play. The medium "C" shape neck, fairly low action and lighter gauge strings impart a loose, high performance "electric guitar" playability that a youngster or beginner will find less intimidating. Weighing in at 4 lb. 14 oz., this dreadnought is constructed with a maple top, back and sides, a mahogany neck (could be maple..tough to see the grain through the finish) and a rosewood bridge and fingerboard. It has a nice overall tone that's well balanced and sweet. There's some play wear in the form of dings, small chips, light scratches, impressions and so forth. There's no cracks or breaks. The frets are still in very good condition and show minimal evidence of wear. No need to drool over this one on the Home Shopping Network when you can it right here at the Birdhouse. Umm. That was a joke, by the way.
