The Moon Bird Ukulele is based off the aNueNue Bird M200 guitar. The solid Swiss Moon Spruce top is articulate and produces a bright tone. aNueNue used solid East Indian Rosewood for the back and sides. This combination of wood gives this ukulele lush high and fuller bass.

The soundhole was moved back to the center on the Moon Bird Series. After a year of R&D and fine tuning with world-class musicians, this ukulele sings like a bird. You will be glowing like the moon when you hear the warm bass and bright resonance with this ukulele.

HEADSTOCK --- The headstock has an aNueNue classical design with a mother of pearl inlay logo. The Japanese Gotoh UPT tuners with 4:1 gear ratio for precise tuning.

FINGERBOARD --- Ebony is a hard dense wood with real smooth feel. It adds brightness and faster attack. Spalted Maple moon phase dot inlays line the fretboard and the 20-fret design allows for endless tonal possibilities.

BODY --- The unique Mitsuta Mount Fuji- voiced brace design produces warm, clean tones. The U Moon Bird Ukulele is based off the aNueNue M200 bird guitar. Then the gloss finish was buffed to mirror-like shine.

DESIGN  --- The Spalted-Maple rosette was designed for the elegant look. The straight cutaway makes playing at higher register frets an ease. The Rosewood binding extending from the top of the body to the curve was inspired by the concept of moon phases.

BRIDGE --- The ebony bridge helps support the string tension. The Buffalo bone is hard and articulate; it helps the strings to vibrate and has great resonance.

WOOD --- The solid Moon Spruce top is articulate and pronounces bright and articulate overtones. The solid Indian Rosewood back/sides offer lush highs and fuller bass tones. It's an all solid-seasoned tone wood ukulele and will open up nicely and age well.

HARD CASE --- It comes with an aNueNue Bird Ukulele hard-shell case. The case is made of laminated hard wood. It is the strongest protective case we offer, designed with 20mm of thickness for extra protection. It has a side-handle to make carrying easy.
