Charvel Fusion Deluxe 1990 1991 - Pearl Red MIJ * Routed for Humbucker in Neck*

Here we have a pre owned Charvel Fusion Deluxe Electric Guitar.  Made in Japan in 1990-1991.  24.75" scale length. 24- fret Rosewood fingerboard.  Schaller Floyd Rose tremolo system.  This Fusion Deluxe has some modifications.  This Charvel plays like a dream.   The guitar is set up with 9's and is smooth as can be. The guitar was originally equipped with a humbucker in the bridge and a slanted single coil in the neck.  It has been routed in the neck position for a full sized humbucker. The route was done nicely.  There are extra screw holes in the body under the humbucker mounting rings. (see photos).  For whatever reason the bridge route also has extra mounting ring holes.  (See photos). You can see from the photos when the pickup is installed, most of the holes are covered but you can see a little bit on the edge.  The jack plate also has one extra hole in the body (see photos).    The pickups are now Dimarzio Tone Zone and Evolution.  The Evolution in the neck position appears to be a bridge humbucker.    Even with the modifications, this guitar is a beast.   Super smooth action and the tremolo setup is stellar.  Killer hard rock and metal tones for days.   Cosmetically, the guitar is in very good to excellent condition.  There is one ding on the front side of the upper horn (see photos). The guitar weighs a beautiful 7lbs even.   The tremolo bar is not original and is Black Chrome but it fits and it works perfectly.   The guitar will ship in a gig bag.  Thanks for looking and happy buying!
