Harvey Leach - The Geisha Inlay Art Guitar (pairs with The Samurai - also listed)

Offered for sale are two of the finest examples of an art guitar by the legendary Harvey Leach - "The Samurai" and "The Geisha”.

The Geisha, featured here, is a fine work of art and an incredible guitar.

These fine pieces of art are examples of Harvey Leach at his best. Harvey is a world-renowned luthier and inlay artist. His art has been featured on many fine manufacturers; including, PRS, Gibson, Olson Guitars, Kevin Ryan Guitars, Collings Guitar, and most notably C.F. Martin Guitars. Some of the most collectible and desired Martin guitars ever built are adorned with Harvey Leach artwork.  For example, the 1.5 millionth Martin ever made, the Leonardo Da Vinci Guitar, is insured for over a million dollars and kept in Martin's personal museum.

Both the Samurai and Geisha pickguard inlays feature a technique that Harvey Leach developed called the "smoke and mirrors" inlay. It is almost as if the inlay is transparent.  The scene behind the scrim on the pickguard is what is happening on the other sister guitar.  The Geisha shows the Samurai and the Samurai shows the Geisha. They are MAGNIFICENT!!!
