Phantom Guitarworks produces some incredible instruments that put modern playability and tone into classic designs.
This guitar was designed in the style of Brian Jones' Vox Mark VI.
This Phantom starts off with a mahogany body and a top mount fixed bridge- this creates a full overall tone and solid tone transfer.
Finding a full-size humbucker is a rare, but welcome, find on a teardrop, and these are very well matched.
The humbucker measures 7.91k and the neck single coil measures 5.66k.
This is perfect for big bridge crunch tones and sweet neck sustains.
Very cool.
The maple neck has a comfortable gloss-finished oval C profile and the rosewood board has a 14" radius- perfect for bending.
This Phantom is in good overall condition as you can see in pictures- typical marks from normal use and a couple of chips.
Nothing that affects the performance whatsoever.
The frets here are clean- just set up with action under 3/32" at the 12th fret low E.
